Blue Light Protection Glasses

Blue Light Glasses are glasses with lenses or coatings designed to filter the harmful blue wavelengths emitted by digital screens like computers, tablets and phones. This helps reduce the strain on your eyes and may help with symptoms such as headaches, eye irritation and dryness. Other ways to relieve digital eye strain include using artificial tears to prevent dry eyes, and following the 20-20-20 rule to give your eyes a break every 20 minutes by looking at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. It is also important to avoid screen time before bed, as the blue light can disrupt melatonin production and delay sleep onset.
